Una Granita, per favore is a celebration of those simple moments. Inspired by the colourful granita vendors found throughout Sicily, this piece captures the nostalgia of childhood summers, striped umbrellas, sun-soaked afternoons, and the joy of asking for an icy treat before it melts in the Mediterranean heat.
Set against my signature rich brown background, the artwork invites you to pause, slow down, and savour life’s little rituals. It’s a reminder that some of our happiest memories aren’t the grand occasions—they’re the ones wrapped in sunshine, sticky fingers, and a simple “una granita, per favore.”
