Ci Giochiamo Una Partita? is inspired by the quiet rituals that unfold across small towns and family homes in Italy, where a simple game of Scopa becomes an afternoon tradition. Plastic chairs, a green table, well-worn cards, and time that isn’t rushed.

This piece is a love letter to slowing down—to the generations who gather not because they have somewhere to be, but because being together is enough. It celebrates the beauty of ordinary moments that often become our most treasured memories.

Part of my ongoing collection inspired by my Italian heritage, this painting reflects the warmth, nostalgia, and simple pleasures that have shaped so many family stories.
